On 3-2-a Central Valley Transport was driving on I-south in *** *** *** when a car they were transporting came apart on the 2nd tier auto rack
In brief, the tail lights, a plate of some sort, bracketing flew off while the truck was on highway and broke my windshield, headlamp, bumper damaged [hole], side door was dinged, paint on hood, door and roof of vehicle was chipped badlyI managed to stop the truck and the driver *** of *** trucking was driving a Central Valley Truck [License#***] gave me insurance info but would not give his driver license or contact numberI was told to contact Central valley
I was informed by *** *** at the office NOT to file a police report as they will take care of the incidentA slew of emails and text proceeded as well as an estimate for the damage [#3200.00]
On 3-8-I was informed by *** and the owner *** *** to go ahead with the repairs as they will take care of it
No reply or contact was made and on 3-15-
