My complaint with the business has been resolved.
We did take the $200 because the apartment was not cleaned. Where they hung pictures we had to paint, we had to clean behind the stove, and we also had to clean the ceiling fans. We have bills that total more than $200 for cleaning the apartment. The lowest amount we take is $150, and we...
only took $200. With the costs we incurred we could have taken more.
