They did work at my house a patio and a fire pit. There was a 1 year warranty on plants and 5 years on workmanship 7 plants died and a wall started to lean. I have been calling them and emailing them for 15 months to fix the problem. They always say they are going to fix it but never come out and fix it
May 31, 2019We are very much aware of all problems regarding the project in reference to this complaint ID#***, and have full intensions of resolving all of them in the near future. I will go out at an appointed time of the customers choosing to assess the issues, obtain proper materials, and then to correct corresponding issues.We apologized for the delay, and assured this customer, this will be 100% resolved by the end of June. I will have our secretary reach out to them to schedule an appointment for us to look at the problems together, and give the customer the opportunity to voice all concerns before work commences.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
They did come out to look at it but it is not fixed yet. They said someone will call me to set up a time they can come out no one did as of yet.

In reference to complain number *** submitted on 5/14/2019, we wanted to inform you, we have resolved this issue with the customer within the time perimeters set between management and said customer. This issue is now taken care of on our end. If there is anything further we should do, can you please let us know.
