We have been winterizing for Mr*** for the past yearsOur GPS does show that our tech was there for hoursHe may have used his air compressor and hose, I don’t know and I don’t know why he would because he has his own equipmentWe did come back and check the heat tape at no charge to keep him happyIt did only cost him $the year before, but this year we checked his furnace as well, which is an extra chargeI am sorry we could not please himWe sent him a coupon to relieve his frustrationI will refund his $for using his tools if he agrees to this
As requested by the customer, we are refunding him his mins that was requested. After complying , I feel we haveexhausted all mean to please this customer. Thank You, have a great day!!

I am rejecting this response because: I said I wanted 1 hour of labor returned , because I did not , I repeat DID NOT ask for furnace to be checked out. He was suppose to check my heat tape on the water lines. Invoice # [redacted] The 30 min. is from invoice # [redacted], where I was charged 1 1/2 hour and he used my tool..
