C & R Pavers

C&R Pavers recently completed work on my neighbors home and I have never experienced a more disrespectful contractor in my 60+ yearsThe crew showed no respect for the neighborhood, working outside of construction hours including holiday and SundaysI witnessed a lack of respect for the adjoining neighbors properties, climbing on and destroying fresh landscaping, so badly that adjoining neighbor had to replant her landscapeJust when I thought it would be over, they 'cleaned up' by washing all the dirt and debris from the sidewalks and road in front of their customers home down in front of the adjoining neighbor and my homes, causing the dirt and debris to be our problem instead of properly removing of their mess and wasting waterThis company may do good work for their customers, but they have no regard for the neighbors around their customersIn my opinion this company does not deserve a Revdex.com accreditation

We looked at paving contractors and selected C&R after comparing quotes and after going to look at the references of completed jobs they had done
After meeting *** and discussing our plans we negotiated a price *** was very professional in the negotiation process We liked his personality and friendly style We had to choose a start date weeks ahead as we needed to get HOA approval
C&R is run by the owners, *** and Regina Both very pleasant We never met Regina, she is C&R's point of contact person, but was always pleasant and returned my calls relatively quickly Once approved, the product was ordered and they came on the date they promised
Our project was sf walkway/patio job Not too complicated, but did require some detailed cutting of the pavers We had old footings for our pergola that required some finessing of paver cutting and they did a great job working around the posts Before they started work on the demolition of the old walkway and patio, they covered all our artificial turf in the backyard with plastic, covered all the windows and sliding glass doors with plastic to prevent damage The job was expected to take days It took days The three workers who were on site were friendly ***, who was the in-charge person on site could not have been nicer and answered all my questions as they came up *** and *** were also there but I did not communicate with them Any water pipes from our irrigation that were broken because they were under the patio were replaced with new piping at no costThey came every day at 7:am and worked till 3:or so They cleaned up the job site everyday before they left I would highly recommend C&R for paving work Ps I had *** give me a quote for turf replacement also
