First off, please accept my apology for not responding to this earlier.  The email notification I received was lost in my unread email as I thought it was an advertisement.  Here is what the team had to say:Shelby did indeed complete an SVP project paying a $50 incentive. The project ended...

on 9/14, and we tell our respondents to expect payment within a week of the activity closing. The $50 payment was processed and sent to her email on file on 9/22 via [redacted]. My guess is she either missed the email, it was filtered to spam, or she received it and thought it was for something else, so she was still waiting for it. Regardless, we will reach out to [redacted] today to have the code resent to her ASAP. Shelby was also not “booted” from the community. Due to system limitatins, only a certain number of our panelists can be active on the platform at one time. Therefore, participants are activated when they are invited to a project, and deactivated when the project is complete until their next invitation. While Shelby is not active currently, she is still a panelist, and is eligible for future projects. However, her deactivation came with unfortunate timing because it was right after she inquired about her incentive. The activity “tile” this project occurred in was also reverted to “draft” mode at the same time which explains why no one saw her message. We hope this resolves the issue and, once again, we apologize for the situation and my lack of responding sooner.

Company sent an email asking me to take a survey for a $25 Amazon card. I answered a number of questions. No gift card. I contacted them and they claimed that only "qualified" people got to take the actual survey, and that I had only answered questions that let them determine I was not "qualified." There was nothing in the email solicitation that mentioned only qualified people got to take the actual survey, or that you would have to answer questions before taking the survey. I answered every question they gave me, and thus I'm entitled to the gift card they promised.
