Sorry about the inconvenience, yes we had to order the part on Friday afternoon and were not able to confirm that the part was available until Monday , the manufacture was closed over the weekendOnce we got confirmation on the part we returned on Monday to install the partIt is out of our control if the manufacture is closed over the weekend and we cannot order a part until MondayThe deductible if from your home warranty
