This is regards to the new owner, Mr*** ***
I wish to file a complaint regarding the above UPS store owner His service is extremely incompetent, he lacks professionalism and is rude to me as a paying customer
I have my mail forwarded from Airdrie, Alberta to Lake Havasu City, *** where I winter for months I went to his store in October to register for mail forwarding at the beginning of each monthMy first mail wasn't forwarded until late in the month so I called to make sure that could be corrected In this conversation with Mr***, he was argumentative and made it look like it was my fault In my next forwarded mail I received someone else's mail that resided in *** I called Mr*** to arrange the incorrect mail sent back to Alberta He first said, "Are you sure
