Everything sounded great until I was charged $300 plus for a diagnostic (electric) that didn't resolve anything. I have a luxury vehicle and gave the gents a try since they had great reviews. I was contacted on 7/11/13 and told my vehicle was ready, however, when I went to p/u my vehicle it was doing the same thing I had just paid to the manager claimed fixed it. They quoted me an additional $700 plus for a possible solution....hmmm. Needless to say I had my vehicle taken somewhere else...guess what it got fixed and was neither one of the issues that Auto Service Experts had diagnosed. The repair shop that fixed it advised me to let them know that their diagnostics was inaccurate. I called the manager back to advise him to see if I could get some form of a rebate.....NOT..... He advised me that they spent 6 hours diagnosing the problem, I explained I understood that but they never accurately diagnosed the vehicle nor repaired it.
