Starting in August of 2011 I brought my car in because the convertible top did not work.
first they charged 249.78 to fix a switch
(the jury rigged it to work for a short period of time)
between then and march of 2012 my top never fully worked correctly, and once or twice they messed with it to get it to work.
At some point they said I needed a new top but they were back ordered.
In march of 2012 they said they replaced the pump, to the cost of 1515.79 Again the top never really worked right and several times over the next year and a half I would have to take it into them and they would say this or that was wrong and give it back to me.
finally this august I said he needed to get someont else to fix my car and pay for it, he agreed, if the company found that something he fixed was still wrong. Both the switch and the pump are no good. I had to fix the top to the tune of 1800.00 I could not afford to fix teh other part.
I have called the company he said he bought the pump from Chrysler Dodge in Tacoma WA I spoke to [redacted] in parts and he indicated that a part was never purchased. The Dealership Chrysler in Bremerton, the ones that fixed the car said the pump had been glued together and what looked like duck tape or bondo.
