C & S Auto & Truck Repair

I was given a quote on repairs of my vehicle on 1/27/2013 at a cost of $4000 and an estimated time of completion of 30 days. I dropped the car off at C&S on 1/30/2013 and gave [redacted] $2000 in cash as requested. I have visited C&S weekly since 3/1/2013 and have been promised completeion of the work and delivery of the car every week. I have been given a wide range of excuses for the work not being done on time and I have been promised by [redacted] that he "Will make it right". In a few days C&S Auto & ruck Repair will have had my vehicle and $2000 of my money for 5 months. My wife works and I am retired with medical issues and this has been a major inconvenience for my wife and I to have one vehicle for 5 months.
