Review: He replaced the roof in the home he rented from us for free rent. It had a metal roof & he put on shingles. He has moved out & the new tenant said that the roof leaks at the 3 skylights(he did not replace skylights, just covered over them) when it is warm outside. CSB has gone out once, but was very obnoxious to tenant. He said since someone walked on the roof, that is why it leaks.Desired Settlement: We think that he should stand behind his work & fix the roof without any back talk

When we spoke with [redacted] last week about this problem, he said he was getting a big job soon. He might just be doing jobs under the table now, so he does not have to honor any work.
