C&S Concrete did pour Mrs*** as stated in her complaintWe have attached our original proposalPrior to Mrs
*** awarding the project to C&S she was informed that there was not a warrantyPrior to pouring the driveway we informed her that concrete cracks and even spalls in this area of North West Indiana, however we would do everything in our power to keep this from occurringThe proposal does not have the bar in it that she refers to in her complaint (which is addressed towards the end of this submission)C&S Concrete has been in business for years and wanted to repair the crack even though there was no warranty simply because we felt horrible for herMrs*** was informed that we would come out and repair her driveway as soon as we found the time and to please be patient"In a month or two" was never a commitment made by C&S ConcreteUnfortunately, for Mrs***, proved to be one of the busiest seasons C&S has ever hadHonestly I feel our biggest issue was the lag time in responding to her calls & textUnderstanding it is an investment in her house, and she is a great lady, we completely understand her frustrationHowever, citing incompetence toward C&S is a little brashMrs*** was informed that we would come out to fix the issue as soon as time allowed, I suppose she thought enough time had passedThe bar she refers to in her statement was not in our proposal and was mentioned to her as a repair item for when we repair the driveway section at a later date in an attempt to prevent it from cracking again
Concerning the text that Mrs*** won't repeatWe have included them in our attachments below - However after re-reading the final text it says something about "a rest" and "i'm sure I let it get this far"Well as voice to text is not perfect and I didn't even check my response until todayWhat I meant my for my smart phone to send was "let's have a reset and I'm sorry I let it get this far"

I agree with their response in all comments except the statement reguarding the "bar" Mr*** mentionedIt was told to me at our June conversation, that it should have been placed initially to prevent cracking at the corner of houseThis is why I questioned if the job was done correct the first time
It is still unclear to me of what their decision is to correct the matter
