C & S CONTRUCTION & *** TOOK ON A JOB THAT THEY DID NOT EQUIPMENT TO COMPLETE AFTER 3 YEARS OF TRYING.
NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO GET PAID BALANCE OF 6500.00 IS WHICH THEY WAS PAID 4000.00
AND HAS LEFT THE JOB IN SEPTEMBER 2017
VERY POOR COMPANY
In Sept of 2017 we were fired and told to get of the property. All we are trying to get paid is 1500.00 of the 2500.00 balance left.
never told him he was tired of it. He fired us. Never said anything until after he fired us about using different equipment. Also we offered to to bring in a bulldozer to level dirt so we could then pick out debris
Mr *** rejected that and finally fired us.
I am rejecting this response because:
they was paid 4,000.00 of quote of 6,500.00 after 3 years they was only 1/3 way done
never clean one bucket of clean dirt , move dirt from one area to another
try to use a bobcat to sort pile of dirt, trash, stones from pile unable to do told me when they was done I could put done grass seed hahah
Bottom line is they was not able to do the job
never was fired
was told the job will be done in 2017 by *** of ***
C & S never showed up the whole year of 2017
Very Poor work They can say what ever they want they to
