Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/09) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] owner Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @yahoo.com This customer wanted a simple cover up with metal instead of doing the job the right way...he made me aware that there was an insurance claim that he had filed when in fact I didn't mind waiting for the insurance to pay but when we were finished and came time to pay and finish paperwork I called his insurance company only to find out there was never even a claim filed so I had to start the claim and I personally went to ins office myself to submit my bill...when the customer found out they was paying anytime soon then he started to nit pick our work in which we fixed to his standards to make him happy but you are welcome to call his insurance co .and they should tell ya the contractor stared the claim for them...but initially he told us to cover up the problem so we did and because of the circumstances of the above story and the fact that it didn't take long is the reason why this is happening...the gentleman was there watching the whole time and was an interesting person to converse with but soon as the last piece went up he was a total flip of character..we asked him many times how it looked and he went in his vehicle to highest point of ground many times .,I took many pictures throughout project and showed him many times...but to be honest he wanted a problem just simply covered up with metal so we did that and when I called insurance compafter completion To find out he never had a claim to begin with and if he wasn't happy then why did he pay me and apologize many times..I did nothing wrong and done what was aske

I am rejecting this response because:It is totally false The workers packed up and left as soon as I paid them in full and left for workNeither of us ever had any cross conversation with him or his workers, even offering them cold drinks when they were working on hot days The last conversation that I had with Mr*** was to the tune that he "would finish our house before working on any other projects." He apologized that he had taken so long on the job We asked Mr*** many times in phone conversations when he would be able to come up and work on the house, when he would answer the calls We have never told him that he had to leave, or that we were going to sue him for any reason We are still waiting for him to send us a Certified letter, stating the date that the job would be finished This letter was promised after the initial complaint, and still has not been received by us Mr*** told us (verbal agreement) when we signed the contract that he would be able to get our house finished within a couple of weeks Then, he did not show up to begin the job for over a month He has made excuses and lied to us many times over the past four months, dodging opportunities to come up and finish the job We feel that we have been very patient and lenient with Mr*** over the past four months, since he has been paid in full plus extra for a job that has not been completed as of this date, as shown in the pictures that were attached to the complaint

The customer was aware of us being behind and overall ask us to leave because of impatienceshe came home from work asked a few questions and got all worked up and told us to pack up and leave that she would sue me or file a claim when in reality she should have let us finish.she got worked up
over a vent and corner that had a transition in it and was an easy fixI see now the customer is gonna try and sue to get something for nothing to bad she won't let us finishwe would still come to finish it

During transportation of the building the beams were all bent to the shape of a lowboy trailer and that's why the beams were in destruction..it's wasn't my fault they were damaged, you knew in the beginning that a metal structure like that may not be able to be used and you didn't listen and bought...

it anyhow thinking you got an eBay deal... don't procrastinate again my buisness or me because of your mistakes... and while u wanna blow my buisness up I still have pictures of the insulation that u and ur husband disbursed at various dumpsters in TN trying to save a buck!!! Real sorry u didn't listen and waste ur money
