I took my car to have the rear left window fixed, it did not go up or down, but the motor you can hear it working.They took more than an hour to open the door and just tell me what it was, and just for that, for them telling me what was wrong with the car they charged $118.00 dollars.And they didn't fix it because it was a Saturday after 2:00 and there were no repair shops that carry the parts that they needed to be fixed.They could tell me that before I left the car for them just to see what was wrong with it.Then on Monday I took it to the car agency and they said it it was shady of them to charge $118.00 just to tell you what it has, that any car mechanic could have told me what it had even over the phone.I want full refund on my money, I feel totally cheated and they took advantage on me just because I don't know anything about cars.Sincerely, [redacted]
