[redacted] programmed sprinkler system wrong, water bill more than double what should be, was rude and refused to make it right.
[redacted], from C&S Enterprise, came out in the spring and programmed my sprinkler system. He stated he was programming it to run 2x/week due to water restrictions. Received bill (2month billing cycle), water has cost more than double what it should. Had 2 representatives come from water company, both stated, and recorded, that the sprinkler system was programmed to run almost 3x what it should've been. Notified [redacted], he came out, was very rude, refused to compensate my bill in any way.
