Nora Pines Apartments are horribly managedI have been making complaints to the staff since the day I moved inIt takes maintenance months to complete a work orderI had to report them to the property owner, Flaherty Collins, just to have a list of repairs done that really should have been done before I moved in! This week I complained to them of bed bugs and roaches, but no one has contacted me regarding the matterI had to throw away food because I found roaches in my cabinets and around my stoveAnd I have been getting bit by bugs for a few months now, but I thought it was spiders (because I saw a few in here once I moved in, but I sprayed some Raid for those)I woke up last week early in the morning, around am and spotted a bed bug crawling up my blanket in my living room where I was layingI immediately reported it to the office staff, but no one contacted me back or did anything about that our the roachesI've lived here since September 11, and have had constant problems since the day I moved inI will be leaving as soon as I can get out of here legally!!! It's horribleI have a toddler at risk here as wellHe is asthmatic, and he is forced to inhale the cigarette smoke that comes through our vents dailyPeople walk their pets around the complex with no leash! Neighbors are noisy, and I've complained of loud music but the staff hasn't taken care of thatNora Pines is horrible, tacky, disgusting, infested, and unkept place to liveNeedless to say, I do not recommend it

Review: Contract was he would cut the tree down and in return get all stumps up in yard. He took four cords of wood of my property and never came back to finish the trees and never got any stumps up. Never called me back. I called him at lease 5 different times, I lefted messages he never called me back.Desired Settlement: I want him to pay me for the timber or get the stumps up.
