Had phone conversation with customer this morning February There was a miss understanding about the charges I'am sending her a check for $(the disputed amount)Explained to the customer she needed to contact Goodman Mfgabout the warranty of the system she bought from a competitorHer system has never been registered with the manufacture, therefore it only has five years warranty on the parts

Thank you so very much for your concern in this matter The heating & cooling company did call and adjust my bill Situation resolved
