I am rejecting this response because:As per our phone conversation of this morning, the following is the background for my refusal for not accepting the $100 payment for the coins received by Andy in Long Branch, NJ,...

at 2:07 PM on June 8th. As per our letter of June 4th, the following coins were sent:  3 rolls Silver Washington Quarters at $126.00 per rolls (total $378.00), 66 War Silver Nickels at $.78 each (total $51.40) 30 Buffalo Nickels at $.40 each ($12.00 total), 139 Indian Head Pennies, 4 Silver Morgan Dollars, 2 Peace Dollars, etc., etc.  The $441.00 total is on agreed prices with Andy of which you have a copy of the letter in his handwriting.  The balance of items are worth perhaps $200 or more but no agreed price was received.  I just presumed I would receive a total of $600.  Andy was in a huge hurry to receive the coins.  When I didn't receive any remittance for what was sent, I phoned him and he told me he suffered a mild heart attack.  I told him I would hold off calling until he felt better so waited two or more weeks.  When I tried phoning him after this time, he would not answer or would hang up. He wouldn't even talk to me.  This is when I went to the computer to find the Revdex.com in NJ.  I did receive in the mail on August 22 a money order in the amount of $100 from him with no note or explanation but $100 isn't sufficient and I have not cashed it.  Andy shouldn't be allowed to gyp his customers. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.  Any help that can be rendered is greatly appreciated. [redacted]

This is the 2nd time I have advised you on this matter.  Amount owed is in question.  Some money has been sent to the party.

Review: I mailed approximately $600 of coins to this gentleman who promised to send me remittance for them. I never received payment for the coins so I called him on his cell phone and was told he had a heart attack. I told him I would wait a couple of weeks until he felt better so he could send me the remittance. He picked up the coins on June 8th at 2:07 pm at [redacted] Whenever I try to call him on his cell phone, he hangs up and I cannot even leave a message but he knows what I am calling about.Desired Settlement: I just want the approximately $600 payment he owes me for the coins which I have profit he received from thwe U.S. Mail.
