C & S Meat Design

I recently was in UT to fulfill a lifelong dream of going elk hunting. While I was there I got a 6x6 bull elk that I wanted to have processed. When the elk was delivered to the processor by my guide I was told I had 269lbs of meat coming to me, and that it would be shipped frozen and arive frozen within three days. When the packages arrived, I did not in fact have 269lbs. I had 118. Needless to say I was none to pleased and was told that he shipped 269lbs. So I contacted UPS that delivered it and they got the original bills of laiting. In fact all he had shipped was a total of 129lbs, 11 of that being the coolers they were packed in. As if this wasn't enough to infruiate me last night I hot a call from my credit card company for a large purchase in UT. It seems the processor had billed me over $698.57
