Hello, I am not exactly
sure what is expected of me next.I sent copies of my receipts with dates of serviceI would like to be reimbursed at a minimum for having to pay another business to fix the issue that I received from MrPtires.Although I did receive an apology my tires still needed to be fixedMy light had been on since they installed my new tires as well as I was up there at least once a month(With the exception on July- Sept in which I was restricted with a torn Achilles)trying to get this matter resolvedPersonally I appreciate the apology but from the embarrassment as well as the frustration it caused I will never do business again with them and just want this resolved.
