In regards to customer *** *** service for her lexus RX330:
*** has been in for service with two other vehicles prior to service on her lexus
RX330.??
*** brought her lexus in for an oil change with couponThe technician did his
required vehicle inspection and
found that there was a small coolant leak under the
water seal plate left side of engine block above the oil filter baseTechnician also found
that the front brakes were getting close to replacement*** was taken out to look at
the issues and we talked about addressing them
She allowed us to replace the seal between the water seal plate that used a silicone
sealantThe item at interest was seeping with a trail running down the side of the
engine block and could turn into a progressive leak if not attended toThere was no fast
rate of flow at this time, but as mentioned could develop into a steady leak if not
repairedNo hoses or other pieces were removed to access this repairThe coolant
would be lost from doing this job as the coolant flush was and would be neededThe
brake issue was a recommended repair but not a required repair at this time
All repairs were done with the best interest of the vehicle as well as the customer
Meineke has had no feedback from *** as to this issueIf there was a problem we
would stand behind our repairs and ask that all issues be brought to the managers
attention to be resolved, however, she did not give us a chance or notification of this
until months-later, through the Revdex.comThank you for your time and
