Wow love this place everyone is so helpfulLove my vanGreat payment

In March of we had repossessed *** *** vehicle for nonpayment In
January of we had repossesse* *** *** vehicle for nonpayment *** *** *** failed to make his Feb payment, we repossessed his vehicle days
after the due date Due to several
attempts of reaching him by phone and
through his references, we have learned that he had moved and changed both he
and his wife's cell phone numbers so that we would have no contact After the
third repossession we will no longer do business with *** ***
The policeman told *** *** that he could have his license plates as long
s he returned the key*** *** refused to do the exchange and only asked for
his medication out of the vehicle which was given to him as well as some
paperwork he took from the glove box
Sorry that he has involved you in this matterThe conditions were clear
after repossession in a month period
Thank You,
Sally

This letter is in regards to complaint #[redacted]
On 8/1/15 [redacted] purchased a vehicle form us with the stipulation that she would have a credit card number on file to auto pay her weekly payments.  We required this of her because she was denied by our lender...

-see attached.  Since August 1, 2015 she had had three different credit card numbers in a 4 month period - see attached.  She has also since August 1 2015 had 4-5 new phone numbers-see attached  She has moved and given us no forwarding address information.  She has also changed jobs with no updated information.  The 6 references she gave on file were also unable to reach her.  All the new phone numbers that we have received have come from those references. She herself never updated any information with us.  We originally sent a repossession order on 9/4/15 see attached. After a payment was made on 9/9/15 that repossession order was pulled.  A second repossession order was issues on 9/22/15 due to the severity of delinquent payments and non updated personal information - see attached.  This led to us receiving the vehicle from our repossession company on 11/1/15.  [redacted] agreed initially to a weekly payment to be auto paid every Monday - see attached.  This is a list of her payments from 8/1/15 to current.8/10/15 on time
8/17/15 paid 8/24/15 with no late fee paid--see late fee schedule
8/24/15 paid 9/4/15 no late fee paid
8/31/15 paid 9/9/15 no late fee paid
9/7/15 paid 9/9/15 no late fee paid
At this time she changed her due dates to Fridays, but never paid the pro-rate amount for that adjustment.
9/11/15 paid 9/15/15 no late fee paid
9/18/15 paid 10/13/15 no late fee paid
09/25/15 paid 10/13/15 no late fee paid
10/2/15 paid 10/13/15 no late fee paid
10/9/15 paid 10/13/15
10/16/15 paid 10/13/2015
at this time she changed her due date again to be due every other Friday, but again never paid the pro-rate amount for this adjustment.
10/23/15 paid 10/30/15 no late fee paid
10/30/15 paidi 10/30/15
She never phoned us to let us know that the payment would be late.  We have had to auto run her card daily to see if the money was available.  The reason for the repossession on 11/1/15 was because of address, phone number, job and consistently late payments in a short amount of time.  Based on the late fee schedule when we are not notified there is a $100 late fee and as you can see [redacted] signed this late fee schedule accepting those terms.  I have attached the 12 credit card payment that we received.  Thank you for you assistance in this matter.
We will at this time not offer a refund of any kind or the return of her vehicle.  Thank You[redacted] President, Sally & Assoc. Auto Sales Inc
