C Stone Excavating

Approximately 2 years ago [redacted] did my sewer hookup. He was just starting out in business and we made and verbal agreement that if I referred him a total of 2 Sewer hookup/Excavation jobs, that he would in return take the rocks from the back fence and bring dirt filler for the side of the house where he had previously excavated and hooked up our sewer.after several repeated attempts to make contact with him, he refuses to answer his phone and neglects to return my phone calls.
