Two years ago, CTS came to my house in Roscoe for a quote on tuck pointing and replacing some brick He sounded sincere, but I didn't hear from him for two weeks So I called him, he said they were too busy right now, guess he didn't have the courage to tell me in person Perhaps the other jobs were simpler and more profitable Anyway he said the quote was in the mail and then promised he'd address my concerns if I needed it immediately, which I did Said he call and come up that Thursday and I never heard from him again, never received the quote Pitiful, liar, I doubt you can trust him
We have an addition added on to our house and the rain on the chimney was just pouring into the family roomWe called CT masonry they came out very promptly gave us a quote and we agreed to the quote they came out in two days and did the workIt looks like a work of artChris from CT's managed to match the brick so well you cannot tell it's not originalI am so impressed!! He is very professional and he and his team do beautiful work I would recommend him to anybody and will use him again if I ever need to, which I hope I don't!! Dyan
