*** Thursday, March 29, Revdex.com Complaint ID: 12721510(26563684) Dear *** ***, First time she came to us her screen was in bad condition, it was cracked and totally blacked outWe repaired her screen for $dollars, it was working well with no issues, and she was satisfied and leftA few days later she returned with her Iphone plus, she said her phones touch screen was not responsive anymoreI had also noticed her screen had a few deep scratches, not in the same new condition we gave her Our repair policy states that we can replace the defected part only if it’s in the same condition we sold it inOnce it has cosmetic damages or cracks on the LCD screen it voids the warranty Even though the warranty was not valid I was considering replacing the LCD screen if it that issueI tried a different LCD screen and showed her with the new screen on that it was not the screen that had an issue but it was the motherboard/ logic board that had the issue which is why she still has an issue after the fact she had replaced her screen with another party (RAS) Most Apple Iphone plus has a common manufacturing issue with their motherboards also known as touch-screen diseaseWe offered her a service to fix her motherboard for $dollars and it would take about a weekShe declined the service offered and leftA few days later she returned demanding for a refund, she had an attitude with the employees and was using foul language around other customers but as I stated her LCD screen was damaged with deep scratches on the LCD screen and the LCD screen is not the issue , it’s the motherboard Replacing her LCD screen would not fix her issue, getting the repair service would have solved her issueJust like she stated after getting a steam cleaning for her phone it’s still not workingIn our professional opinion steam cleaning consists of water vapors which can damage the phone even moreElectronics cannot handle water because it can cause a short in the devices motherboardEven after all this I’m willing to offer her services to fix her phone for the priceMany devices have issues coming from the manufacturer or caused by the owner or both, that are not detected when we receive them to repair their partsIf we see something out of the ordinary in the customer’s device, we would always let the customer know about it before we finish the repairWe are a company that loves to provide our services to all customers Sincerely, *** ***
