World Wide did water proofing work in my house in the beginning of August in NW DCI received a letter after work was done asking for my feedback and asking for me to "review" them and I think it is good to let others know of my experience with them I am very happy with what they didI was not completely prepared for the amount of dust ( apparently my concrete slab was excessively hard/thick), but they did have sheets up of plastic all over the basement and they ran some machines for dustI am sure they did the best they could considering the level of dust that was createdThe guys that they sent were very helpful , clean cut and had a good sense of humorMy sister and I enjoyed their company and you could tell they had a nitch for this type of workWe had heavy rains this past week and it appears to be dry in the basement although I have not heard the pump go off but it is in a closet so not sure if that is why we do not hear itMy suggestion is to prepare for clean up especially if your floor is like mine but overall I feel like I got an exceptional job for a fair priceThe office personnel is very helpful and friendly and checked with me through out the time the workers were here
Well, once again I have spent a morning waiting for a representative from Worldwide Waterproofing & Foundation Repair, Incto come "between and am" as promised by an owner of the company, Summer HBut once again a no show
While this company's work, for the most part, appears to be adequate, it's customer service STINKS! From difficulties I had [1] getting a signed copy of their transferable guarantee; [2] getting someone to come out and look at two areas that were not draining properly; [3] getting someone to be honest with me about how the repairs were left, they have had excuses of every kind - small company, new computers, wrong phone numbers, can't reach the owner - except "the dog ate my homework"
The work itself may be fine but their catastrophic failure of customer service leaves me with no confidence that they can or should be trusted to live up to their guarantee
So much for the claim that "woman owned" means anything
