Ihave received monies from MrGouldHe is still $short$from original agreementThe original check for $stated "1/payment for Sylvan boat"It wasn't until I consulted my attorney that MrGould changed the amount to minus per centIn addition, I received a phone call from MrGould promising the balance of $in installmentsAlso, it should be noted that I would not have had to consult my attorney if MrGould had paid me to begin withLawyers cost money, and I am passing that charge off to MrGouldAs a gesture of good will, I will accept less than half of what balance I am seeking$and we can put this to rest

$Mr* received $and the remaining balance would have been $(We were .owed $for commission)However, I had problems collecting the rest of the money from the buyer and informed Mr* of thisWe talked and agreed that I would make payments to him from my personal accountMr* *nows that our business is a "Mom and Pop" marine store and that we are only open full time two months out of the year and the rest is weekendsWith that said, I told him I would be making biweekly payments when I could from my school job. Mr* states in the letter he wrote you that we still owed him $which is incorrect and he never once mentioned anything about a $lawyer feeWe have sent along copies of his attorney's original letter to us and also an attorney letter stating that Mr* did accept that he owed us commission and that the balance was indeed $I have also included copies of my response to Mr*'s attorney and copies of every money order we have sent him so farWe are also happy to say we sent him a final payment of $which is because we have finally received payment from the buyerThat money order copy is also included.Mr* did call several timesIn many of these calls he used inappropriate language and resorted to name callingThen, the next day or two he would call and apologizeWe also had several very civil conversations which made me believe he was fine with our arraignmentI eventually stopped taking his calls and *ept sending payments. We hope this matter is resolved now and hope Mr* is happy.Thank you, George HGould
