the roof. The solution of the problem is to add proper insulation to the knee wall, attic and sidewalls to ensure a proper thermal boundary to the home. Ventilation is always needed in unconditioned areas of a home, this particular customer choose to not receive ventilation in the knee walls as well as insulation in the side walls. The customer also wanted roofing and siding estimates from our company and decided that at that time is when we would install gable vents for the knee walls. This particular job was inspected, and a rebate was given from the dominion good cents program. Dominion good cents rebates are only given after a job is inspected and done correctly. C-Town is guilty of not returning phone calls or emails to this customer. This course of action was due to the fact that the customer did not want the job to be completed entirely at that particular time and was informed that he was going to have more issues until the sidewall insulation and ventilation in knee walls is completed. We decided this customer was not a good fit for our company do to the fact that he chose to not finish the job properly. C-Town has had thousands of customers over the last 15 years, many good cents customers, and state of Ohio house warming program, and we have never had an issue such as this.
