Review: I contact them on the 25 feb to refinance my I already was with them a few day later they wanted 500.00 for a appraisal of my house. I thought that meet I was approved for the loan after a lot of email and phone calls I was told on may 28 I was not getting a loan. My husband and I live in a very small town of approximately 300 people. Because of the size of our town, EVERY resident must obtain their mail at the post office by using a post office box. CU Members Mortgage sent our payment stub booklet to our physical address. The post office returned it as an invalid address. This took place in July. I immediately called CU Members Mortgage beginning in July and requested that our payment booklet be resent to our P.O. box. The woman with whom I spoke told me I would have to email or send a letter requesting the use of our P.O. box. I sent a hand-written letter explaining the situation along with my monthly mortgage payment. The payment went through our checking account, but no reponse or action was taken in regards to my letter. I called again about a month later to find out what was being done. The person with whom I spoke said that my letter had not been received. (How then was the check enclosed in the letter processed?) I made another request to have a payment booklet sent out during that phone conversation. I was told it would be taken care of by the gentlman (who labeled himself as a supervisor) immediately. I waited several more weeks and still did not recieve my payment booklet. I called again (third time) and spoke with a different woman. She said that nothing had been done and that the "supervisor" with whom I spoke no longer worked at CU Members Mortgage because he was such a terrible employee. She promised that she would take care of it and assured me it would be sent out in 1-2 business days. I waited another couple weeks. I did not get our payment booklet. I called again (fourth time) and spoke to a different "supervisor" who apologized about the situation. I demanded that the booklet be express mailed to me. He said it would. 1 1/2 weeks later, I still have no payment booklet. I called againg, today (November 13, 2012) and am now unable to even get a supervisor to speak with. Apparently, every one of them is at lunch. hmmmmmm.......... I began this process in July. It is now mid November. I have not spoken to the same person twice, EVER. Promises have been made each and every time and not one of them has been kept. My husband and I are some of those precious clients who DO PAY their bills and have exceptionally good credit scores to show for it (very high 700's). We are simply trying to get our payment booklet in order to make our payments. You would think CU Members Mortgage would want to make paying our bill easier, not harder. 5 months and 6 phone calls later, I still do not have a payment booklet. I have grave concerns as to the legitimacy of this company and its customer service.
