Review: Company was paid in full, but contract was not honored.Desired Settlement: Replace area way drain day 1-2 (Drain pipe for sump pump was left not totally covered under ground)Excavation of ground around the area way drain,Remove old pipe,Replace w/new pipe,Replace the concrete around the area way drain and,Disposal of old concrete/pipe.Water proofing day 3-4 (None of this work was administered)Excavate around the chimney wall/remove fence,Apply tar to waterproofing,Apply gravel and concrete for foundation and,Reset ground and replace fence.
