Hi Maria;I was out of stat since 08/27/(there was no reception to send or receive emails) I thought I had sent this email prior expiration dateI hope it's not too late to reopen my case.Johns story has changed multiple times, he is attempting to manipulate me and now the Revdex.comFirst, I called John (owner) one week after my trip, telling him of my car's engine being destroyed during my trip due to running out of oil, on (05/16/16) NOT weeks after as he claims (refer to attached T-mobile statement)Second, soon after I inform him of the engine failure he sends his mechanic to check the cause of damage, he then says: the reason of the car running out of oil was due to oil leak that was going on for long time, then I stated that means your shop failed to diagnose the oil leak during my checkupThen I did not hear back from him for a few weeks, when I finally speak to him with my son, he says that he told me of oil leak after inspection but I wanted to save money and decided not to repair itThen I asked him, If this was the case why wasn't this on my invoice? He said it was done verbally(Voice recording to confirm this facts).Another fact is that John never said he'll fix my car but claimed it's not his shop's faults.I sincerely hope you can assist me in this case to protect Revdex.com of AZ reputation and a consumer like me.Thank you, [redacted] ***

Miss *** paid Sundance Auto to inspect her car on 4/18/for a tripSundance Auto checked car over- tires, Brakes, Fluids etcSundance auto turned the front brake rotors and cleaned the front brake padsAlso replaced one third brake light bulb and one license plate light bulbThat is it,
Customer then calls Sundance Auto six weeks later claiming her engine was out of oil and no goodShe wanted Sundance Auto to pay for another engine stating we did not check her oil when we checked her carI assured her we did check her oil and it was fullI offered to repair her car at cost and she said noWhen the car came back to phoenix the engine was out of the car and sitting in the backMiss *** asked Sundance Auto to look at the engine & carSundance Auto has pictures of oil leaking from rear main seal, also Miss *** dove over 1,miles since Sundance Auto checked her carSundance did not change Miss Kim's oilWe checked it and it was full when she left Sundance AutoMiss *** had her car repaired somewhere else even after Sundance Auto offered to do it at costSundance Auto is not to blame for Miss Kim's car running out of oilIf you have any further questions contact me at ###-###-####

To whom it may concern, Miss *** has had an unfortunate engine failure in her car and is looking for someone to pay for itHer car has over 200,miles on it and problems like this happen sometimes even when the oil is fullI don`t know what happened with her car because when I finally got a chance to look at the car the engine was out and in the back of the car. Sun Dance Auto Service offered to repair Miss Kim`s car at cost and she chose to have someone else repair her carMiss *** drove her car out of state on vacationCars with high miles will burn more oil at higher speedsI also don`t know when or how bad the rear main oil seal leak was after she left my shop. Miss *** drove over or miles after leaving Sun Dance AutoI`m sorry Miss *** has had this unfortunate problemSun Dance tried to help miss *** but she wouldn`t accept itI showed miss *** where my tech replaced her light bulbs and where her panel was supposedly left looseMy tech didn`t need to remove the panel in question to replace the bulb that he replacedShe didn`t want to hear what I was saying. Sun Dance Auto is not responsible for what happened to miss Kim`s engineSun Dance Auto will bend over backwards to try and resolve problems like these but will not pay for something that we didn`t cause.Thank You John Owner of Sun Dance Auto Service
