I purchased a motorcycle from Ride Now Chandler in early June. Late June I was involved in an accident which totaled the vehicle. Ride Now Chandler, [redacted], was informed of the accident in person and issue me a cancellation for both my pre-paid maintenance program and extended vehicle warranty. It is now the middle of August and I have been charged a second time for the pre-paid maintenance plan which was to be cancelled and Honda Financial has not received the reimbursement for the extended warranty. I kept getting the run around from the dealer saying they're calling corporate but nothing is resolved. I called corporate directly today on 8/15/2013 and was told that the dealership has not contacted them at all about the cancellation requests of either product.

On 11-15-2012 I made an agreement with the sales person at Ridenow in Goodyear to purchase a 2012 Polaris Rzr. Part of the agreement involved my Yamaha Rhino as a trade in. They valued it at $5,000 in trade. The agreement was made and I left my rhino overnight with the intent to pick up the new Rzr the next day as agreed upon. The next morning I was called and told that my trade in needed $1300 of repair and unless I came up with that amount the deal was off. All the paperwork was done the night before and a deal was made, then I was told to come up with more money the next day. That seems highly dubious to me. Please check into this.
