C & W Seamless Spouting

Review: Two window panes in my home need replaced, C&W took measurements on July 1, 2013 and said it would be approximately 6 weeks for the new glazing to come in, I was quoted $75.00 for labor only since this a warranty issue. After no further response, I contacted C&W in September 2013 and was told the glazing was manufactured and they were putting it in with another order to save shipping. January 2014 I contacted them again and the fellow said he has to get these ordered. Contacted them the last time May 13, 2014 and was told they are very busy and will get to it when business dies down;also, since they acquired this window line from another company they claim that they are not technically responsible to honor the warranty.Desired Settlement: After waiting for a more than reasonable period, I just want these panes replaced per the original quote
