C. W. Wright Construction Company

While performing power-line work in my neighborhood as a contractor for [redacted], a C.W. Wright truck backed into and damaged the stone wall in my front yard. This occurred in October, 2012. I contacted C.W. Wright regarding the matter in October. Since then the employees of C.W. Wright: first denied having trucks on my street; later admitted that they had trucks on my street and agreed to meet with me to discuss the matter; however they then "stood me up" claiming a work emergency and said appointment never took place; their claims manager forwarded my complaint to their insurance company which supposedly forwarded it to an independent agent by the name of [redacted] under the employ of [redacted] (the website shows no record of said employee). Mr. [redacted] has declined to return my many phone calls regarding the matter. It is now some 6 months since the damage took place. I believe, in short, that C.W. Wright has been giving me the "run around" in hopes that I will simply give up and go away. My stonemason estimates the damage at $400.00. C.W. Wright apparently prefers to not take responsibility for the consequences of its actions.
