On 6/10/16, I ordered a skincare sample from Dream Big Online HoldingsThe website said that I only needed to pay for shipping and handlingHowever two weeks later, I received a charge on my credit care for $I had not ordered or contacted this company since my initial order, so I called them to find out more informationThey were incredibly evasive and rude, and in the end I was only able to get a $refund on my credit cardI tried calling the product "customer care" number, but it had been disconnected for who knows how longThis company does not have a website, and it seems like they also operate under the name Junisse as wellAfter some online research, I found that they had scammed other people as wellI'm filing this report to ensure that this company is held accountable for its actions

I ordered (2)anti-aging products for only $4.99×for shipping for a free trial of daysOn 4-19-I received my billing statement from my credit card companyI was shocked to learn that I was charged $*** + $***=$***I didnt see a charge for shipping I called my credit card company to dispute the charges and have it investigated DBOH claimed these products must be combined in order to be effective also using advertising from *** implying *** had endorsed their products I called Dream Big Online Holdings and requested a refund I was told by the 1st Customer Service Representative that I couldn't get a refund and that DBOH didn't have a return/exchange policy whatsoever and that I had no recourse and no rights to a redress I told her that I would send the products back to DBOH and was told that even if I send them back it wouldn't matter that they would just sit there somewhere I said that I didn't want the products and that I wanted to cancel and retur

My mother ordered a skincare sample on 06/10/The website advertised that she was only required to pay shipping and handling to receive that productShe received the product in the mail, but forgot to open itTwo weeks later her credit card was charged $this companyShe had not agreed to this charge, and did not order any additional products from themIn fact, even if she had wanted to she wouldn't have been able toThere is no websiteTheir customer service representative was extremely evasive and uncooperativeIn the end, my mother was only able to get a $refundI tried calling the skincare customer service line (number was listed on the product), and their line had been disconnectedWho knows what kind of product they had sold my mother? I've discouraged her from even using it-- there is no one to hold accountable for the productThis company and their products are huge scams

The company uses deceptive practices when advertisingThe state that the consumer has a given amount of time to cancel the product but then will not cancel the product when contactedThe company has charged $to my account following a phone call in which they stated that they could not cancel the transaction
