I would be willing to refund the $100 to the customer. She did not have a contact for uprooting her lawn with my company. We had a contract to add a downspout extender to her downspout that was flooding her yard. On site she gave my employee a shovel and requested that he did the...

extender under the ground. I was never contacted about the matter by her or my employee. We are not licensed landscapers and the extender is not made to be under ground. I do believe with the request that she made to my employee was a courtesy of his to try and help the customer out. I once again did not receive a call from her to get a change in the contract we already agreed to. I am willing to clear this request and get this taken care of asap. Please let me know where we go from here. TThanks
