Review: Merchandise was returned in December 2014 and a credit was issued for $29. A couple weeks later ALL ** stores closed. Subsequent phone call said [redacted] stores were open for business and would be open. 4-6 weeks later ALL [redacted] stores are closed with NO NOTICE. I am left holding a $29.00 merchandise credit that is literally worthless. This should have been stated when the stores were closing.Desired Settlement: If they are closed for good, I would like a refund as a merchandise credit issued is invalid.

Review: On 11/21/13, I ordered a cashmere sweater (tan with a deer pictured on the front). I received the sweater shortly after, but noted there was an issue with the deer print. The deer had several threads in the antlers which were coming apart. I contacted customer service the day I received it and they advised they had to look at photos (I had to take) in order to decide if they would deem it defective. I sent photos; they decided it was defective & could send out a replacement. Once they received and processed the item, they could ship out another sweater...ugh. They sent a Fed-Ex label. I tried to print the label, which I've done successfully many times in the past, but the paper kept coming up blank. I tried over and over, to no avail. The only other thing I could do was print it at a Fed-Ex store. It took me a couple weeks to go because Fed-Ex was 30 min from my home. As I tried to mail the package, it was determined the label C Wonder sent was expired. Frustration was setting in. After being on the phone with customer service 2 more times, they finally sent another label & I mailed it out. This took another hour of my time, plus the driving. Then I waited & waited for C Wonder to receive it. January came; they still hadn't received it! The 2nd week of Jan I called their service again & asked why I STILL hadn't received my sweater, 2 months later. They said they had to look into it further because the Fed-Ex label was expired & they couldn't track it (not my problem). I waited on hold for 20 min or so, only to find out they needed the package to show in their system before they could do anything. I almost lost it & explained why that wasn't right. After being on the phone for over half an hour, & then another 3 times after that in the days to follow, they FINALLY said they would refund my money. This was only after pleading for them to do something. What a huge waste of my time! I am still waiting for the refund: 01/19/14. (Service was friendly though)Desired Settlement: Refund for the sweater; hopefully it will post to my account soon. Due to this huge waste of time, I don't believe I would ever shop with C Wonder again. :-(

Review: I ordered two tables from C. Wonder on October 25, 2013. When the items arrived, they were not what I had expected, so I called C. Wonder to see about returning them. The customer service agent told me that she would have FedEx pick up the packages from my house on November 1, 2013 and sent me a confirmation e-mail detailing that. The items were picked up by FedEx on the November 1, 2013, however I still have not received my refund. I have contacted C. Wonder numerous times both through E-mail and telephone trying to inquire about when I will get my money back.The latest time I contacted C. Wonder, on November 27, 2013, the agent told me that she will send another e-mail to the warehouse to see if my items had been received yet. I informed her that she needed to call the warehouse because a previous e-mail was sent to the warehouse 5 days ago, and still no one had responded. The customer service agent told me that she couldn't call the warehouse and I would have to continue to wait. She then proceeded to hang up on me.It has almost been a month since the items have been returned to the store and it is C. Wonder's fault that they are so unorganized that they cannot account for the package. I cannot continue to wait any longer and will initiate legal proceedings if I am not issued my refund immediately.Desired Settlement: A refund for the tables ($540.73) put back on my credit card.

Review: When I heard about C Wonder closing all it's stores around the US, I contacted their customer service address ([email protected]) as well as, [redacted]. Here is his profile - [redacted] responded to me on 3/4/15 and I also got a response from [redacted] at the customer care email address. See their emails below. My response had my personal contact info so I could not copy it below in case this is posted publicly.On April 9th I followed up with both [redacted] and [redacted] because I never received my refunds and both emails bounced back to me and are no longer receiving messages. I also left a vmail for [redacted] and in the general mailbox when calling the main number at [redacted] - [redacted]. I have not heard back from anyone and even the email on the company's website [redacted] bounced back.
