Company was to install [redacted]. We had asked for [redacted]. We were told by [redacted] that the way he installed eaves we would not need the [redacted] straps. We had to call [redacted] back to fix the eaves and add the [redacted] straps. The eaves now do not drain properly and look like they are 60 years old and not the 10 months that they are. We also have found seams where there was to be none. We have since tried to contact [redacted]-owner, and he seems to have disconnected the phone number on his business cards.
