We have never had a complaint about the concrete work.....just the finish The sealant has been redone multiple times, and each application has increased the problem We were told the contractor's insurance would cover the problem, and that they had been contacted to appraise the damage They never came to our home to do an appraisal. We had viewed work previously done by this contractor, and wanted the same finish That has not happened I have tried to attach pictures of the finish I hope they show the "speckled" finish which has not faded in over 1/ months now

Phone response - There is absolutely nothing wrong with the concrete itselfThe bubbling is from the sealer, and those will go awayThe color is not as dark as they would like, I have been out several times to try and darken itI am unable to get it to where they are happyI believe it is an
issue by the color manufacturer, and their color swatch doesn't match the actual color when applied
