Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr***s complaint He is correct that:students can have their driver's license mailed to the schoolthe school will mail the license to the student if he/she is no longer enrolled in the programhe did notify the school of his new mailing
addresshe was told by the school that it was mailed out to his new addressAll of these things are true I have confirmed with the individual that talked with Mr*** and confirmed that his license was sent out to the address he gave us Unfortunately, it has yet to reach him for some reason.I have called the Indiana BMV to see what this individual could do I was informed that he could get a certified copy of his driving record from the State of Indiana BMV and then submit that to the Kansas BMV and they would issue him a license Mr*** can go online to the following web address and follow the instructions to "Purchase, download, and print your Official Driver Record" from the State of Indiana The web address is: http://www.in.gov/bmv/2331.htm The Indiana BMV recommended that he complete this process by the end of this month (September).While I can understand Mr***'s frustration, I can assure you that we did send his license out to him, unfortunately I do not believe we can be responsible for the delivery (or non-delivery) of mail by the United States Postal Service Furthermore, I would be happy to assist Mr*** if he needs any further assistance He is free to call me at 317-791-x ***Sincerely,*** ***
