C2 education at Grand Parkway Katy, TX

I sign up for my son 50 hours and when the time he is graduation for high school we still have 20 hours left. And they said we could not got our refund which is they never told me before. I try to call the office and only office assistant spoke to me. This is not right. We lost our hard working money.
