Excellent service! Everything was packed and moved with care.

The customer service when I called for an estimate was excellent as they explained all details and outlined any 'adder' that they might charge so there were no surprises. They gave me a courtesy call when they were on their way and arrived promptly at 8AM. The three gentlemen that moved us, Robert, Simon and Joaquin, were very cordial and worked hard the entire contracted time with minimal breaks. They wrapped near every piece in a moving blanket and packing wrap and once everything was unwrapped at the new house it looked just as it did before the move without any damage. My overall experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend and use this service again.

Everything went well! The moving guys were friendly and quick. They were courteous and asked where to place certain items in the household. I would reccomend this company to friends and family.

The guys at C2 did a great job. Everything happened exactly as it was explained to me on the phone the day before. The crew was on time and work steadily through the day. No one was ever sitting around or milking the clock. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone in AZ who is looking to move. I recommend taking their advice on trucks and crew size as well. I thought I would only need one truck but elected for two after [redacted] recommended it on the phone. Turns out he was spot on, and we filled both trucks all the way. This saved me at least 2 additional hours of labor, as we would have had to go all the way back across town to reload. Great Job!

Review: I purchased a [redacted] for C2 Moving located at [redacted] E. Indian School Rd for $ 130.00 allowing me 2 hours of moving, plus truck, and 20 miles free. After speaking with [redacted] we agree on my move Sunday the 16th after 10. [redacted] informs me that they had a couple moves in front of me so I would be between 2:00 - 3:00pm and my move should take a few hours and I would be charged $ 90.00 an hour after the 2 hours of my [redacted] but not to worry he would be sending a crew, he told me this on a few phone calls. Including the 1st call. When the 2 guys show up to move me, they were already spent, One more than the other, I asked them about it, the one in charge said no he was fine, the other said he was tired. The one in charge then shows me a price list for various items, I explained that my stuff was packed with the exception of a few items I couldn't get to (we are talking a small amount) and I said they could leave those few items and I could get them in my car. They then asked if I needed wardrobe boxes for my clothes, I told them my clothes were all taken care of and they were. They chose to bring in the wardrobe boxes to move some of the smaller boxes into their larger boxes. I also told them I didn't need supplies as I had purchased plenty of my own and used them and I had several rolls of box tape they could use if needed, which they did. They arrived at 2:15 or 2:20 and started the clock at 2:15 (1/2 hour was wasted just going through this information) One of the men just really moved slower than the other but when I had my 1200 sq ft apartment pre boxed and the bedding & clothes taken care of, my move should have gone fine but it gets to be 6:00, and I remind them of the patio furniture and sm closest on the balcony, they just grone. My apartment consisted of 2 bdrms / 2 baths (but they didn't need to do anything with the baths as I was handling them) 1 main room, dining area, and kitchen and were 4 hours in and not ready to leave the apartment, their boss [redacted] is calling and checking, plus smoke breaks, then it's 7:00 and we are still not ready to leave. I can't exactly stop them at this point because they have my stuff but it just continues. Finally [redacted] saids he sending another guy (a good one they say for the unload) but he's going to charge me more money per hour, what can I say again they have my stuff and I'm already paying $ 90.00 an hour if I say no, it's going to take another 5 hours, Finally around 8:15 they are ready to go but only because they just quit loading (no patio furniture, no sm storage closet. I'm only moving 3 miles (from [redacted] Phx 85024 to [redacted] E. Union Hills Dr, [redacted] Phx, AZ 85024)they now clock this other guy in at 8:30 and again everything is in slow mode. By this time everyone is spent and I have to get up the next day for work, but the unload still took forever, (some of it was spent socializing with each other after the 3rd guy joined. They finished the move at 11:33pm and the guy went out to get the paperwork and must have had to talk to [redacted] again and say goodbye to [redacted] (3rd guy). This takes 1/2 hour before he comes back in. I kept letting them know I had to get up for work in a few hours, but nothing mattered. I was then charged until midnight, which is just plain wrong. I then had to hire some guys to finish moving the patio, sm patio closet and the boxes they left behind. I moved my bathroom stuff and the few items I said I was. My remotes to my tv's fireplace, dvd playes are lost after I said I could move them but they said no, he had a place for them. the screws to my master bedroom flatscreen are not with my tv and stand (they didn't even bother trying to set it up) and I try to have the other guys that I hired, put it up but I was told he couldn't without the screws for it. I was charged $ 880.00 plus the $ 130.00 [redacted] Deal. & they left shrink wrap on half of my stuff, they did not complete their tasks, & they ran up the clock. I was over charged, I did not receive the "crew" I was told I would get, I got 1 1/2 tired guys and this just put more money in C2's pocket at my expense. I want money refunded and I want to know where my items are. I called and left messages for [redacted] but no return phone call.Desired Settlement: I should have been sent the proper size crew, and charged the promise price of $ 90.00 after my first 2 free hours, allowed the 20 free miles, plus the free truck. ( [redacted] code is [redacted] ) (I only moved 3 miles) and sent the crew that would have got the job done in a fair amount of time. This move should not have taken more than 4 maybe 5 hours (as stated to me by [redacted] on the phone) not the extra $ 880.00 plus no sleep for me before going to work.

When a customer feels they are being taken advantage of, due to lack of performance of my crew, that does not bode well with me. I personally contacted [redacted] today and spoke with her about her concerns. Based on our conversation, I will be working up a reasonable and fair price adjustment for her move. I explained to Miss LaDue that this is the first complaint of its kind that I have received in the last twenty years that I’ve been in business. Additionally, I made it clear to her that her issue could have been expedited had she contacted me directly or emailed me in order to bring these concerns to my attention. This moving company came on a Sunday on short notice and gave great service.Dray Vernon and Simon were on time helpful and professional. Darning move into house stopped what they were doing to move things to a storage unit because it would close soon. I would recommend this moving company and will use in future moves.

This company is a lifesaver. After two fail attempts with other movers, [redacted] worked diligently to provide me with a crew after hours. The guys showed up and performed to the fullest extent; even finishing early. The most professional movers I have ever used. I thank fir making the most stressful day work out so I could meet my deadline for flight.

Excellent from the initial phone call to inquire about their service, to getting a quote, to the actual move. Crews arrived early and were very professional in every aspect and willing, to move things until I was pleased with the placement. While I hope I don't move again anytime soon, these are the guys I would definitely use again. Good job guys!!!
