C3 Roofing went door to door in my neighborhood and spoke with my 90 year parents explaining to them how we have extensive roof damage due to multiple storms in the area and that I should give them a call and they will work with my insurance company and get a new roof. The damage started with a bad storm on February 26, 2019 and has gotten worse with each passing storm. So On May 6, 2019 I contacted the roofing company and said what is my first step? He said, file a claim with your insurance company. I did that on May 6, 2019 and an adjuster came to my house and submitted his findings to my insurance claims rep. The insurance company said they can repair the roof. So I called C3 Roofing and the rep from said, no we want to replace it. After three weeks I said to the insurance company, what do I need to do to get this claim revisited. He said if you are asking for a second inspection, the roofing company needs to submit photos of the damage along with a quote and then they will put it under review to grant a second inspection. After going in to WEEK 4, I have yet to get this accomplished. And many many storms later, and buckets placed in my bedroom to catch the water coming from my ceiling, I'm afraid the damage is going to get worse. I don't know what to do at this point.
To whom it may concern:We are in receipt of the notice concerning complaint ID.We have addressed the complainant's statement of problem by calling several times to assist with working with their insurance company regarding a second inspection/possible roof replacement.Unfortunately, we have not received a return call.Please note, under the 'Desired Settlement Line' , it states, "Finish the Job". I am rejecting this response because: I received a phone call one time after this complaint was filed. They did say I needed a second inspection, however, I could not get the first person justin to come to my house to take pictures and upload them to my adjuster so they would approve a second inspection. How can I receive a second inspection when I cant get the roofer to do their part? Of course there is no contract, ive never even met a person from this company. Its just a shame that I had to start over with another roofer because the insurance claim started 8 weeks ago and because of the lack of professionalism, my issue is still n not resolved. You can close this complain because at this point there is nothing they can do. Thank you

We were pleased with the professionalism and service. Mike B went above and beyond to ensure our roof was done on time and budget. The experienced work crew was efficient and answered any questions we asked. No need to worry about cleanup because our home was cleaner than before they arrived. Would highly recommend C3 to our friends and relatives.
