CConstruction LLC as well as Mrand Mrs [redacted] have a signed agreement to have work completed on the ***' home(See Attached) After of days Mrs [redacted] asked the company not to return to her home, we did as she asked and per our signed contract that put the ***' in breach of contract We were never paid the remainder owed and were not allowed access to finish the jobIn our contract it gives the right to take and post pictures of the jobs we doSince we have submitted a cost list to the ***' we are unsure why they are asking againWe are unsure, if they did not get that list, what they are talking about as far as the price for fuelIf they did receive the list then the amount is not $1,Considering our contract the ***' are in breach so we are not required to pay any money back or provide any material or labor, but the ***' are required to pay the remaining balance as well as a filing fee and late fees

We were unable to rehang the gutter because of the damage to it and since we had already discounted the work due to that fact we only settled on the $that day so we would get paid something for that timeSince we were not paid in full and the landlord did not want to put up a new gutter we
decided to cut our losses and move onWe cannot warranty something we were unable to fix properly the first timeIf we would have been allowed to actually fix the problem for the $we would not be discussing any leaks as there wouldn't be anyThe client and landlord refused to pay the whole bill which is a breech of contract and we are not responsible any further

With regard to the contract we signed with CConstruction, Chris W*** had, without our knowledge, put in for another supplement for work to be done, which some of the estimate for some things that were not damaged and did not need to be done. Chris and I discussed via text messages, which I have for documentation purposes if needed. Chris would not provide receipts for the materials and work performedHe and his wife refused to let the workers commence on the next business day because they thought we had a check from ***, which was not issued because of the questionable supplement for more money he requested. It became clear that Cwas not reputable and honest with our claim and they were dismissed with the attached letter provided. To date, the only list we received is the Financial List Csent us, which are random amounts that are not verified with receipts. Chris claimed he owned materials, but submitted these materials through the claim, and was paid. He will not return materials, and still owes for paint that I went out and purchased. The fraudulent claim for fuel is on this list, and is an outrageous claim to be paid. *** questioned this too.Also submitted as attachments are the final claim from ***, which breaks down everything done to date, what needs to be completed, and repairs for the poor workmanship done by C3. The message from Christopher K*** attached breakdowns what money is owed by Cthat was paid to them for work not done or done incompleteThat amount is $3555.88, which is an amount that will cover the final claim, and allow us to get our home back from the damage. The final check will cover most of it, but we should not be paying out of pocket for mistakes and dishonesty by C3. An example is the entire kitchen and foyer flooring that was replaced by Cneeds to be pulled again because Cdid not remove the vinyl flooring under what was the existing flooring and where water would have leaked under. We have had this verified by a construction company provided by ***.This is where we stand, and have every intention of trying to arbitrate or mediate. I have offered this to Cvia text messaging

Considering our contract the [redacted]' are in breach so we are not required to pay any money back or provide any material or labor, but the [redacted]' are required to pay the remaining balance as well as a filing fee and late fees.
