companies. These medical bills are in relation to a supposed injury that took place during her daughters scheduled practice. C3 Gymnastics has tried to explain to the complaining customer that NEVER did C3 Gymnastics express through any form of communication that we carry full medical coverage for participating gymnasts. It was fully explained that C3 Gymnastics carries the required secondary liability insurance which covers catastrophic injuries. In this complaining customers case her daughter NEVER experienced a catastrophic injury instead reported herself that the injury was only a muscle cramp/strain from doing a backward roll. Although C3 Gymnastics does not believe her daughter sustained a catastrophic injury during practice we went ahead and took care of all steps necessary (per instruction from [redacted] Insurance) in order for our complaining customer to have access to our secondary insurance.As you will see in the documents I provided, multiple emails were sent to both [redacted] Insurance and [redacted]. A copy of the original completed claim form has also been provided. I communicated to the complaining customer multiple times via email, text and verbally over the phone that C3 Gymnastics submitted all required documents that we are responsible for. It was also explained to the complaining customer that C3 Gymnastics insurance is strictly secondary and covers catastrophic injuries. All parties ever interested in taking advantage of the secondary insurance must use their primary insurance coverage first. The remaining fees not covered by the primary insurance should then be submitted along with all required documents. Additionally, a $100 co-pay is applicable and not C3 Gymnastics responsibility. Until this very day, C3 Gymnastics has not received any medical bills from the complaining customer in order to submit. Nor has C3 Gymnastics been made aware by both insurance companies that they have received the complaining customers medical bills. It is C3 Gymnastics understanding that when the complaining custom submits all required documents then [redacted] will begin processing the claim. Until this happens, C3 Gymnastics hands are tied. It has also been explained to the complaining custom that even though they may submit a claim it does not mean that the insurance company will cover all medical expenses. It is completely up to the insurance company to decide based on their requirements and policies.C3 Gymnastics will continue to contact both insurance companies in order to resolve this for the complaining customer. C3 Gymnastics advises the complaining customer to submit all necessary documents they are responsible for in order to move this situation along. The complaining party may submit copies of their medical bills and their paid portion to the gym at any time. We will be more than happy to submit the medical bills to [redacted] for the complaining party.C3 Gymnastics has provided documentation of our numerous attempts in resolving this matter. C3 Gymnastics, LLC will not be responsible for payment on any medical bills and/or co-pays involved in this customers situation. C3 Gymnastics carries secondary coverage for a reason. Additionally, I have provided a copy of the student withdrawal email we received from the complaining party. It is noted that the complaining party was more than satisfied with the services their family received from C3 Gymnastics. This email was received after the supposed injury took place.C3 Gymnastics built it's name in the community by providing a wholesome, safe, drama and politics free environment for all participating families. I am rejecting this response because:The company continues to fail to produce a claim number for the claim supposedly submitted for Fae's accident. The business states that neither the insurance company nor the gym has received copies of medical bills- these have never been requested as I have never been contacted by an insurance company about this situation.Carefully selected one-sided emails are not proof a claim was filed nor do they represent the entirety of the communication between the business and the wronged customer. An insurance certificate dated September 2017 does not verify insurance coverage in May 2017 when the accident occured. A statement by the current Treasurer of the Booster Club about the Booster Club's mission is irrelevant to this injury claim.My request is very simple: I would like the claim number generated for the claim supposedly initiated due to my daughter's May 2017 injury and current contact information for the insurance company. My last direct communication with this company was a request for the claim number for my daughter's claim & insurance company contact information. The business- while curating many documents- has been unable to produce this very simple piece of information for months which is why this complaint was initiated.
