Hello this is *** *** of CPhotography responding to complaint #***My client *** *** had tried to get in touch with me about a logistics question via email that I received on 1/13/I had planned on getting back to her in the next days at latest and on the 19th she had sent
another email and called a bit later in the day and I had noticed and got right back to her via email after she had calledI let her know I had only gotten that one other email on the 13th and apologized for taking so long to get back to her and assured that I would be most definitely taking care of her wedding photography as plannedThe complaint was filed earlier that same day before she had called me and I had gotten back to herA few days later her fiancé emailed me without the knowledge that I had already talked to *** and everything was all setShe must have forgotten to let him knowShe had been asking for a refund in the Revdex.com complaint as she hadn't heard back and wedding wire supposedly said I went out of business, but there are several companies with the name cphotography out there if you google and I have never paid for advertising with wedding wire or have been listedI believe part of this was confusion with another company alsoI will paste in her response after I had responded so you can see everything is good, and I actually did not break my contract as the client had originally stated before hearing backI have never had a complaint in the years I have been working with my clients and was really happy when I saw that I had an A+ rating so this has also been a positive experience, especially since the complaint was easily resolvedThanks so much , ***
