The customer did not report to us until September 4, there was an issue with their toll free numberAt that time we tried working with the customer to correct the repairs, but he was
unwilling to speak with us and he disconnected the callWe are showing at this time the number has been repairedI have just called the number and it when straight to a persons voicemail

I have reveiwed the customer's account. It is showing that payments from he dates on the toll free number with no usage are from 3/2015 through 8/2015 payments made on the account total $51.78. At this time there are 2 unpaid invoices totaling $17.26. Out of courtesy we will credit the 2 unpaid invoices on the account. It has not been brought to our attention until now that the customers feels that they were threatened in any form. That is not acceptable behavior from our employees. When our organization was made aware of the situation with the toll free number it was corrected.
