retail store space.  Ms. [redacted] purchased a gallon of salad dressing which she states she had purchased in the past as a “will call” customer.   Since her previous purchase, the supplier apparently had changed the recipe which is usually done to “clean up the label” (referring to reducing the number of artificial ingredients).  Ms. [redacted] attempted to return the partially used container stating she was not satisfied with the taste.  Our customer service department erroneously denied her a refund.  Had she requested to speak to a manager she would have received a refund.  We first learned of the issue when we received a copy of a consumer complaint from either the Revdex.com or your office.  A manager contacted her immediately to inquire about what had happened and she was promptly refunded the full purchase price of around $18.  I have been informed that Ms. [redacted] and her mother have subsequently decided to return other products they were suddenly “dissatisfied” with as well without issue.  If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me. Very Truly Yours, B.
